You are flat out wrong with regard to colloidal silver.  Please do not misguide people coming into this forum. 

Colloidal silver is extremely effective against autoimmune disorders and a wide variety of other conditions.  Furthermore, while supporting the immune system, colloidal silver does not cause the body to turn against itself in any way.  So, please do not come into this forum spreading erroneous information with regard to colloidal silver.

And yes, oleander is also very effective against autoimmune disorders.  And HIV/Aids.  And Cancer and a variety of other conditions.
