One more little caveat; I remember someone posting about the couriers setting up for irradiating the bulk of their parcels.
So even if it left Frontier NON-Irradiated there is no guarantee it will be that by the time you get it, depending what route it took.

Someone might want to try and google that old info from teh Breaking News forum.
