This diet? Is this a health diet or religious/cultural? I'm not familiar with this part of your culture. I can't eat animal organs only because I can't stand the thought of it - psychological. My religion only prohibits drinking alcohol or eating herbs or foods that are mind altering. I had considered trying a vegetarian diet; but, I just like meats too much.
