On the cq10, i can't eat fish, chicken, or meat or beef on this diet so can I still take this one. Is there any other food sources.

Have you ever heard of yarrow and salix? The herb guy gave them to me today to clean parasites and want to make sure he gave the right stuff?

What about nettle?
