Yes, I use young coconut water for fasting.
I push coconut water to my kids so they don't need to drink plain reverse osmosis water.
We buy 20 coconuts every 2 to 3 days.
I live in Manila, Philippines where coconut trees are literally everywhere.
So our coconuts are fresh, maximum of 5 days picked when opened.
