Hey!

Well, I think I am asking what those things are in relation to Lugol's, so a very elementary question! I have just read some posts recently and have been confused by the different types (i.e. what is detoxified?) of I mentioned -- so I am not even interested in how much to take but just what the different kinds are in relation to one another, if that makes sense....?

Thanks...and, you are right -- I don't know what I am asking in a way! I will undoubtedly keep taking the rest of my Lugol's for now, though.
