You can go to his forum (Ask Andreas) and read all the posts on Acne (just do a search for "acne" and a lot will come up). He's all about cleaning the colon and liver. I had very bad Acne and also rosacea (where your skin is red all the time) and liver and colon cleansing and changing my diet helped and now my skin is amazing.

I must also add that you should think about calling yourself a different, more positive name. Thoughts and words are very powerful and by calling yourself a girl with a dirty face, the universe wants to give you your wish. I say this with love and with wanting to help.
