Trapper + all,

I have not been able to spend a lot of time in the past few weeks/months at the computer and feel like I have missed a bunch of stuff, including the exploration into the non-Lugol's kind of iodine...

Is there a chart with the different types/dosages etc.? (nascent, magnascent, detoxified, SSKI, etc.?) Is Lugol's deficient compared to the others? I am so confused!
