Yes that was helpful Charlie, Thanks. I guess there must have been alot of trial and error early on and probably started with treating symptoms at first.

So what are some of the better resources to learn about these 200 herbs? Like you said why try to reinvent the wheel when the information is already out there.

P.S. I think my curiosities will never be quenched no matter what im trained in :)
