Dear Wombat,

Did you take a couple months off of Iodine completely? Did you take a couple of drops at all now & then just for needed does vs. detox dosages?

I do skip Iodine altogether sometimes on the weekends. It is nice not to need to bother with all the C and selenium and salt etc.

I am very happy to know you doing well and continuing on the road to better health!
