I am going to try doing a Water Fast I did one 2 years ago where i went from 189 to 169 a size 12 to a size 6/8. I kept if off for a year but than a serious of family events led me to putting the weight back on. I am currentley at 245 and obviously I am to blame and I hate every ouce of my weight. I am going to do this for as long as possible than start eating a vegtarian life style and maybe going into atkins. I am really hoping to get back to size 6 again. I was just so happy than!
