Just a followup to my previous post.

Warning: Slightly graphic.

On the SECOND day after my flush (so day 3 really), my intestines and stomach were still very upset. In the afternoon, I was actually puking in my office toilet before going home (nice! << sarcasm). I haven't thrown up in 20 years. The contents were strange, there were some red pieces of food, but I didn't eat anything red that day or the day before. Not sure if they were parasites, but I made sure I did my parasite cleanse (Barefoot's dewormer), just in case some parasites got loose after so many stones were released.

Liver flushes are not always pleasant, sigh. But my liver does feel different now, less tight.
