You know that no one can make another enlightened. An enlightened being can certainly act as a catalyzing agent.
You also know quite well that no one can obtain a certificate for enlightenment... it is not something you go to a university and get a degree for. it is such that it does not follow the rules laid out for the so-called "normal" world.

I would not waste my time reading books about what Osho Rajneesh had said, or what he did, that had been written by others that said they knew him. I prefer to read the books he actually authored. http://oshoworld.com

And by that I mean, for the most of it, he never really wrote any of his books, his books were the words he spoke to a live audience. I understand he has over 700 books available. More than any author in history. 99.9% were transcribed from the audio tapes of 1 1/2 - 2 hour lectures delivered twice a day. Figure the average book is 400-500 hundred pages each... you do the math... a phenomenal feat to say the least.

Exemplifies the greatest flowering of human intelligence, ever, imo.
He left his body at the young age of 58 due the poisoning done to him by the Reagan Administration while he was held in an Oklahoma jail.
You can read about it in his book "Socrates Poisoned Again After 25 Centuries."

I had spent enough time in Pune to know that there are all kinds of people, with all different kinds of minds, that have all different kinds of ideas that they like to make up, of what was going on with Osho/Rajneesh and within the commune. And most like to make up dramas about themselves and about others... only because with their own lives they are too much bored with. And if they can put it all into a book, then maybe they'll be able to make some money out of it to boot. All just crap. But don't let me stop you. Fill 'er up.
