"Today, Mexican farmers were forced to migrate to the U.S. illegally by the dumping of corn below cost in Mexico, which forced millions of uneducated and poor laborers into United States."

It was the Mexican gubnet that let this corn into mexico because it also served the interests of the Rich Elite in Mexico who are quite happy to get rid of tens of millions of their poor people who they have in abundance.
