according to dr. klenner poeple with MS can only absorb very small amounts of b vitamins, thats why he used injections. thiamin was the key. he will get some benefit from using large doses orally. luckily its very cheap. swanson has it for about $4. he could take 15 or 20 capsules a day, spread out through the day.

the injection are actually cheap too. if he can find a doc to give him a presrciption the injections themselves are inexpensive.
