Sure, but I personally don't have much faith in so called oxygen products. Not saying they do not work - I just haven't seen it.

Yep - they will do that. You can limit it a bit by making sure you take it with a large meal and that you are getting plenty of water. That said,

Much milder. As is Schulze's IF3. I make my own herbal extracts but unfortunately do not know the proportions. But, as Schulze has said - this is not rocket science. Get the ingredients in there and experiment!
