Hi _BOB!

I was wondering....would it be an okay idea to combine an oxygen product, like the ones they are talking about on the bowel forum- to get things moving- and then start on the Schulze Int. Formula #2 along with it? I have severe irritable bowel, and chronic yeast infections, and have struggled with the Schulze cleanse in the past. Two days ago I started taking 1 caps. #1 at night to help with my severe constipation, and it helps initially, but then causes constant urges to move my bowels and irritation. I have been doing enemas for a few weeks, and have done colonics since the summer.I realize that these methods are not going to solve the problem- right now they're a cruth, and a painful one because I am soooo irritated, with constant pain, especially on my left side. This is why I cannot stay on #1.

I have heard you mention Dr. Christophers's Fennel-b as well- do you have the proportions for it? I have made my own #1 and 2 already, and it's so much more convenient for me to do so.

So what's the best route for someone in my situation?
