It definitely is interesting and I actually believe his arguement to a certain extent, however, it is 180 degrees from the NWO. It states :

"Rothkopf's credible, if not especially original argument in "Superclass" is that over the past several decades a "global elite" has emerged whose connections to each other have become more significant than their ties to their home nations and governments."

My arguement all along has been that big business and money control and influence our society, but notice his reference to it having ocurred over the "past several decades". This flies in the face of the NWO, which some people claim to have been around for over a hundred years, or the masons who have clearly been around for a long, long time. He lists groups who deal in finances for the most part as being part of the core group. I would be very curious to see if he buys into the notion that these groups are trying to "downsize" the population through abortions or chemtrails. With advances in technology the world is getting smaller (or markets closer and more accessable) and people are trying to take advantage of this. Notice the number of billionares that are around today throughout the world. Their only concern is about how to make more money. However, that is a big step away from them being part of the NWO.
