Just had the pleasure of experiencing my first yeast infection since mine was inserted in January 2008. The Acne is HORRIBLE. My doctor put me on some face cream that takes 6 weeks for it to work, haven't seen a change yet. I'm gonna try the proactive. I have noticed everytime my cycle starts the pads aggravate my skin down there and makes it itch and burn. I have had some weight gain, but that is hard to say if it was the Mirena or the lack of exercise.

I have noticed that my "pre" menstrual state is pretty bad. I get REALLY bloated and retain water pretty bad, and I stay pretty moody.
