I started with 1/4 capsule per dose...1/2 capsule per day, increasing slowly over a couple of days...until I decided to throw caution to the wind, and take one whole capsule.

Most people are not that cautious!

Silly or not, I learned a thing or two...that the capsules themselves don't much agree with me.

And that I very much like the taste of the herbals, in about a quarter cup of good warm water, as a kind of 'toddy'.

I swirl more warm water in the cup, to be sure I get every crumb.
