I started oil pulling 3 days after I got tooth extraction/root canal last year.

It took 2 weeks for everything to heal up. I used coconut oil, because of its antiviral and antibacterial properties.

I gently swished and used my cheeks to move the oil around.

I never got dry socket, nor did I get an infection.
