thank you dq: the problem here in Jordan not available. I have read very much on this in the toni and luella site so I feel it is a natural alternative, you never know for the future.

Same as the budwig diet many things I cannot get here other than the flax seeds. Let me know what other info you have. Been pretty rough today. Everyday is such a struggle.
