A brief introduction into this mess of a post:

I fasted for 28 days through May, and then went on to a raw diet. Since then I haven't been 100% raw - in my everyday life, yes, but there have been a couple of "special occasions" upon which I have eaten cooked food.
And in those occasions, heaps of it.
I know not to go back to cooked since just last Sunday I experienced painful food-poisoning-like symptoms from all the cooked poop I stuffed into myself the day before - actually having some pizza, which I usually hate, probably finished it off: the next day I could barely walk, it was puking and diarrhea and aching muscles all morning.

So. About my raw diet. I'm a bit concerned about me eating too much. Compared to how I started off with right after the fast, I'm probably back to my previous measures (not that I was ever overweight though).
I feel bloated very easily, and still keep on craving more (raw) stuff! One thing that concerns me is that I seem to feel thirsty constantly, but it's especially after water that my stomach bulges, and I feel fat and uncomfortable!

So far I've gone with my intuition trusting that my body knows what it needs. At first I obviously needed some healthy fats, since I really felt like peanuts (soaked and unsoaked) and avocados in particular.
Now I don't feel as much like having those, especially because my skin has gotten very oily. What to do?

I seem to be tired all the time. Yep, I'm just recovering from a mass of stress and some sort of a breakdown event, and no, I don't always get enough sleep at night. But last week I actually went straight to bed after work on a couple of occasions, then woke up for a few hours, and then went back to bed again. And woke up still tired. Now I wake up rested and happy on some days, or moody on others, but however it goes I end up tired by 9am. I thought the raw diet would've affected my need for sleep in some way?

Could I be detoxing majorly in some way? All of my fasting experiences and the raw diet - so far - have gotten rid of my candida problem, but recently - in addition to the heaps oily skin - I've gotten my dandruff back. Wonder why?

I've also got a big fixation for dried dates. I think I could live on those things. It seems like I crave for heaps of sweetness, too, which worries me.

Since I've been really skint recently and still can't go grocery shopping until Friday, the rest of my diet for the last two weeks or so has looked somewhat like this: tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumber, green cabbage, carrots, flax seed, soaked chick peas, soaked green lentils, apples, bananas, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, sunflower seeds both soaked and unsoaked... Yep, getting bored. And to be completely honest, I have no idea what sort of goodies I'm getting out of my diet, what I might be lacking, and what I'm getting too much of.

Whoah, a big, messed up post. It totally reflects my state of mind at the moment.
I think I've done quite a nice bit of research on the diet, but somehow I feel like I might get bored in the near future.
It seems like there are not that many things to eat, even when I can afford to buy mostly anything!
Also, I'd just love to stick to simple or plain foods and not "prepare" too fancy things that would trigger me overeating, such as cakes and pies, but I just feel like overly indulging in a combination of flavours instead, and heaps of that, too. I've actually started eating everything with chopsticks to restrict my burning desire to EAT heaps really quickly.

HELP! I'm lost!
