Beautiful, Tony.

May I put my little two cents in?

You wrote about Ben Taylor's case in August of last year in a post entitled "A Trial in Texas Draws Closer." Some of the information you just shared with us was also mentioned in that article/post. Being a Texan, I was drawn to the title. Being a woman with interests in law, conspiracy theory/truth, and naturopathic healthcare, plus having a history of fighting a large Texas bureacracy myself through the homeschooling movement during the early 80's, I felt compelled to support you and Ben Taylor in any way I could. I offered to go down to Austin in support of Utopia Silver at the last hearing. Unfortunately, I fractured my hip a few days before the hearing and did not attend.

Ben Taylor contacted me, and soon began to share with me the details of this fascinating and precedent-setting case. Tony, I'd like to make it clear to your readers/friends here that Ben is *representing* himself, with the help of his friend Al Adask. All of the wording, the phrasing, the facts, the actual decoding of the laws and bureaucratic policies, the concepts, the hidden concepts, the "color of law," the reason behind the names in all capital letters, everything one sees in your article, Tony, was painstakingly studied and written by Ben himself. There is no lawyer. I placed the word "representing" in astericks, because Ben isn't even "representing" himself as the Latin phrase "pro se" suggests. He is making special appearances in court or in hearings and even on his own property in Utopia, Texas, as his own person- as a Man, and not as a corporate entity. By taking the actions he is taking, he is saying to the court, "I have no part of you. I operate outside of your system." I wish I could somehow impress your guests here how difficult a task it has been to learn and unravel just about everything there is to know about statutory and organic/common law in just a few short years, plus to have that kind of stress- even more stress than what I endured when my children were young and every doorbell ring or knock on the door might be a truancy officer and CPS coming to arrest me and take my babies away from me and placed in state foster care, just for wanting to teach them how to read myself.

The other point I would like to share with our friends here, Tony, is that Ben is a Christian who truly loves and serves Jesus Christ/Yeshua Messiah. I don't see how in the world Ben could do what he does without walking with the Lord Jesus Christ. You mentioned the comment that the courts operate in fear and Ben doesn't have any. The Word of God says that God/YWEH has not given us a spirit of fear, but of love, power, and a sound (sober, serious, self-controlled) mind.

I made a commitment back in August 2007 after I first heard of this case, to pray for Ben and all who are involved, including you, Tony, every single day, and I have been faithful. I personally believe that the ultimate reason y'all have not heard from TDSHS or the AG's office is because of our Lord's protection and mercy. But we can never take God/YWEH's favor for granted, and we don't know, with the possibility of a Democratic court system in Texas starting in January of 2009, what might happen. So I invite everyone to start praying diligently for Ben, his family and employees, his friends, Tony, Luella, in fact, everyone who is affiliated with Utopia Silver.

Tony, you compared Ben Taylor with the heroes of the Alamo. I personally think you and Ben ARE heroes, with that same kind of Texas fight in y'all. Three hundred men took on the entire Mexican Army (6000+)under the command of General Santa Anna. The siege lasted several days, and the Mexican Army suffered massive casualties before the brave Texas men gave their lives for Texas Independence. The battle cry for the Texan Army during the battle for Texas Independence was "Remember the Alamo!"

I'm on y'alls side. Who else will join me?

In appreciation,

Donna
