Thanks for the links and info. I am just amazed by the amount of information one can find in the web. The trouble is the time it takes to find the good stuff and not just the gimmicks. My many thanks to curezone and to people like you and chirontherainbowbridge for sharing.

As for Dr. Sheldon here's a book I found with an interesting title "The Essential Herbert M. Shelton ".

Do you think it would be a good introduction/overview of his philosophy? I am asking you because there is no customer reviews. I also checked the links you provided, but I still like to use a physical book instead of a computer monitor. However, the beauty of electronic documents is that we can use search engines.
