I have no idea where this idea came from, but curezone is here to stay. So, let this rumor die a quick death.

Now, on to your question. All enemas are good and quite effective. Simple purified warm water is a soothing enema. coffee enemas detoxify. Or you can do an epsom salt, baking soda, Black-Walnut tincture, and the list goes on.....

But, a series of colonics might be in order for you.

A good Colon Cleanse would help you, too. Ever thought about a liver flush?
