I know what you mean, but I agree with Southern Belle use it and share it the best you can.

One thing I do, and you might also do, is copy cleanses and/or information that you would like to keep and use. This way, it won't be so traumatic and you could still share the word with others using another medium. I know this is not the same, because these forums are invaluable, but it is a constructive action you can take.

This came in handy after after one person's attorney requested that the material of his on this site be removed.
