Hello Greenchild,

I don't know about flax seed but now I do and thank you. I have a book by Rosemary Gladstar called Herbal Healing for Women. In it she describes what food will help you to heal. Some examples are to stay away from dairy for example milk,cheese ect. Yogurt on the other hand is okay. Check out this book it's good. Good Luck
