Thank you Agnes. I agree with you about trying little at a time. I do notice that I don't tollerate gluten very well,especially white products, although I don't have Celiac disease. I am italian and don't understand the term "Sprouted Commercial". Perhaps this means that the bran and germ have been removed and then the bread made from the remains of the wheat? I don't know... thanks again!
