Thanks guys.

After 24hrs, the initial shaving soreness has already eased slightly today, I've stopped using the clindamycin gel already, as it was aggrevating the problem. I've used clindamycin 5% lotion before, and the bacteria built up resistance to it, so I guess that's why.

I'm therefore just cleaning 3-4 times a day with isopropyl. That seems to be doing the trick for now.

Will post again in a week or 2.
