Hello David,

Who is calling what into question? You are the only one calling anything into question. I don't see or hear any response to your "time to weigh in" appeals. Your pronouncements are resoundingly solitary.

Your recent comments about the testimonials on my site sound quite odd. Your calling them inaccurate and unreliable means that the people offering those testimonials, which, incidentally, include a heck of a lot of people on the Zapper Support Forum , are, for some strange reason, all giving inaccurate and unreliable reports. Why would hundreds of people be doing such a thing. Is it statistically or logically reasonable to suggest such a thing? Perhaps they don't know how to report accurately, or perhaps they are all just plain unreliable folks, or, if they are not liars perhaps they are all psychotic, or delusional, or perhaps they are all relatives of mine, or perhaps I made all the testimonials up out of my own head. Which one is it now, David?

I find your statement about the testimonials on my site very strange indeed. Would your comments, your analysis and your inference also apply to people sending you testimonials? Or is it only the people sending me testimonials who have the kinds of problems you are suggesting here? If so, how would you know this for a fact? How about the people ending you survey results. Are they painted with the same brush? Might they have the same kinds of problems? Or because it is your folks and your zappers is it a whole different ball game? You have declared, without a shred of proof, that the testimonials on my site are not credible. I thought you said you check out things that others say before posting them. You did state that clearly, recently, did you not? did check out things first in this case? Can you please answer these questions clearly and directly so that everyone can read them?

Regarding your inference that my "site" is not credible, my "site" means all my site, right? Are you also referring to the Multiple Sclerosis page, the DMSA Chelation Page, the Crohn's disease page, and the other health-related pages, all 30+ pages? What exactly are you referring to? Pick out some specific points and be specific in exactly what you mean about not being credible so everyone can judge you on this, would you please? My site is about 20 megabytes. That's a mighty big credibility gap I must have, according to you. I have devoted 12 years to my site. So, don't jerk people around, David. Get specific. If you really want to get down and dirty, get down and dirty with those 20 specific megabytes. Unlike you, I have been very specific in my criticisms of your site, as everyone can see by referring back to my postings on the Zapper Support Forum .

When you say that my "site" is not credible, would you care to use the active voice and not the passive voice, "calls into the question". You are clearly the one doing the calling, I don't hear any chorus backing you up, calling my site into question. So be a responsible fellow and take responsibility for what you are really saying which is "I am calling your whole site into question, Ken..." When you put it in the passive voice and say "calls into question" it makes a person wonder who is doing the calling and it makes it sound like more than David Etheredge is doing the calling. People reading this should bear in mind that you are a competitor so you obviously have an ax to grind when you make such a strong statement about a 20-megabyte website owned by a competitor. Which leads me to say that anyone who thinks you are an objective observer and who taked your word as the gospel can only be called gullible.

Darkgatherer's comments about you were very apt and to the point. If there is anyone with a site that is not credible it is yours, for the very specific reasons I have talked about in the past. I note that you quietly removed inaccurate information from your site after I talked about it on the forum then picked up a handful of mud and slung it in my direction to divert attention. These are the kinds of manipulative tactics you use time and time again on the Zapper Support Forum .

You are a Poor Johnny One Note, repeating "You can't believe anything Ken says 'cause he admitted he made a mistake last week". Excuse me? Can you answer this question directly for me? Did you ever make a mistake on your site or on the Zapper Support Forum? If you did, did that disqualify your whole site as a result? If I could find that this happened in your case could I make the same statement, fairly, about your site? You NEVER admit making a mistake, so you avoid the issue of falling under the same guillotine rule you have created for others, especially competitors. Is this a mere coincidence? I think not. Cast the mote out of thine own eye... I think it is abundantly clear the extent to which you devote your time to trying to mislead and manipulate people on the forum.

Oh, I note the rules have been "relaxed" for you on the Zapper Support Forum, according to you. How convenient, which explains the refusal of the rules committee to respond directly to my questions about this recently. So much for honesty. So, there is one set of rules for true "helpers" and another set of rules for those on a lesser level. No problemo, just be helpful enough and you can join the second tier, the upper class of the forum. Thanks, but no thanks. I won't play that game. I leave that sort of things to others. I know it doesn't bother you a bit. You never commented on it negatively since you benefit from the "rules". You were conspicuously silent throughout the whole affair, except your posting that I should have been grateful I was not chastised earlier. That was one of the most wonderful examples of your patronizing attitude that I have read recently on that forum.

To quote Rett Butler, "Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn" how much you benefit from using the forum. I couldn't care less. I am just glad that the truth finally came out, which was obvious before you made the admission. I don't aspire to being a "sound bite helper", chasing ambulances on the forum to rustle up a bit of business, saying anything to put down the competition, anything at all to try to influence the gullible, trying to manipulate people to make a few extra sales. No, I don't need that and I don't want that. David Etheredge, a member of the forum, the person who benefits more than any other person commercially from the forum, has to bring the news about duplicity to me? Forget it. I need the forum like a hole in the head. With that kind of dishonesty going on I won't be posting to the forum again.

I didn't go through what I have been through in this life to end up worrying if I am #1 in zapper sales. And I certainly wouldn't bother "announcing" it on the forum if I were. I have never been motivated by such triviality. I wouldn't care if I were #10 in sales or #20 in sales. Like the song says "It Don't Matter to Me." I am very comfortable where I am, wherever that is in the "rankings". As long as I am helping people they keep coming to me through word of mouth from all over the world, in greater and greater numbers every year, and that is my greatest motivation and my greatest satisfaction and it always has been and it always will be. Whatever you have to say makes absolutely no difference. And I don't think our maker will be asking us "What was your sales rank?" when we finally get to meet him.
