Hi Charlie,

Happy Tuesday!

What's the scoop with coffee. It has been around for a very long time. We're told that it will kill ya and we're told that it will heal ya.

I'm on a coffee kick lately. I notice that I get "PMS" symptoms when I drink it. But, I do love the ritual and the pick-me-up in the morning.

Anyway, just curious as to what you think.
