Congratulations on your 22 days fast. That is a great achievement. I do not know the answer to your question. However, for me completion means when you feel you are healed. Regarding heart burn, what kind of water are you drinking? Tap, bottled or distilled? and how much? Distilled water helped me a lot in terms of heart burn and reflux. Its a good thing that you are attracted to fruits and not any junk foods.

Have you looked at some of the past posts? I would look at chrisb1's comments. If you click on his name on any of his messages you will see list of all his messages. He has descriiption of all different stages of fasting, kinda what happens when during your fast.
