lol I never got back into eating smaller meals throughout the day,it turned out to be
too troublesome and I was no longer hungry in the afternoon anymore.I tried force feeding myself with prevail,I am not sure but I might just eat a small protein meal for lunch just like I have been doing then a large meal,maybe two of them in the evening...
