Sounds to me like you may be extremely low in Iodine. I found I was low and my hair was falling out for several years. This problem, left unchecked leads to: hair loss, dry skin/hair, weight gain, extreme tiredness, muscle pain, eyebrow loss, puffy face, cracked heels, slow metabolism. I use Kelp from GNC and Lugols Iodine drops, very helpful. Cleansing is extremely beneficial too.
