A thought: Most of us don't usually don't start taking care of ourselves until we start breaking down. But what if young people took care of themselves simply out of respect for life! - (something that's hard to come by in our society I think!) - They would never have to start breaking down, they would be able to hold onto their youth for ..... how long????
