Look fasting is weird. My last fast 2 years ago was for 7 days and I didn't lose a pound but I did look fantastic (if that makes sense). So odd. I think it is your frame of mind too. I#ve now lost 9lbs and that has motivated me to keep going. Give it a go and keep me informed of your progress.
