Nah the patch was just normal dry skin. I used vaseline for years after I was an Roaccutane. I'm almost certain it's to do with the supplements and weakened immune system due to stress of a new job.

At the moment I'm trying Lactoferrin supplements to try and sort my immune system. That Shashen Maidong someone posted before also looks interesting....
