Hi there Will_I_Ever_learn, thank you for your post.

Well, that certainly put a few doubts in my mind, after reading the Ask Moreless posts on fasting, especially considering that my mineral stores are almost certainly low.

But then I did some meditation and let it all go and my intuition was firmly guiding me back to the Water Fasting approach so I will continue with that for the time being. Though I will continue to scan the Ask Moreless forum to increase my knowledge base.

I don’t believe that anyone is wrong; there are just different answers for different people. What is right for me may be wrong for someone else in a very similar situation.

And then I read the NPN stuff. Unfortunately I live in London so I have little choice but to shop in the big supermarkets. When I walk around a British supermarket I always find it scandalous when you see the quality of some of the food they are selling. Most of it is pure poison.

I’ve always had my doubts even about those incredibly expensive fruit and vegetables, even the organic stuff which I always purchase for peace of mind but doubt if they are really much better. I’ve cycled across some really poor countries like Colombia in South America and I really believe that in most of those little villages they are eating better quality food than we are. But we must stay positive and be grateful for what we can get. It could be a lot worse.

When I mentioned the refractometer idea to a friend he asked me if they do a portable one so you can walk around the supermarket prodding all the fruit and vegetables, he he.

I was intuitively aware of the problems with taking bicarbonate of soda but was desperate to alleviate that horrible buzzing in my toes, which I assumed was leaching something from them. But I had no real knowledge then, that’s why I’m so grateful that I found this forum.

And Yes, I’m very appreciative of the technology that allows us all to communicate too. Interestingly, it’s not that someone just happened to dream up the Internet, but on a deeper level this drama is always providing us with what we need. And a time was coming where we all needed to discuss issues such as these so the Internet technology was provided. Unfortunately the drama is providing for a race that’s getting itself into huge problems. If we choose to continue to live with anger, violence, greed, exploitation, deception etc then the drama will provide us with the appropriate things to enable us to enjoy our chosen life. We are all individually responsible. That’s why if somebody insults me then I try to respond to him with kindness. Though it does take a lot of practise.

Anyway Will_I_Ever_learn, you take very good care of yourself, you’re a really valuable soul.
