I'm glad to hear you are slowly feeling better. I think if you take it very slow, and when the minerals start balancing out your body, you will relax and sleep better. I know I did.

Remember any medications we take are acidifing, so it makes it that much harder to get balanced. Don't give up, you are on the right path. :)
