Hi refreshed,

I had to slowly stop the drink and kelp due to the loose BM during last week. I have to write down everything I put into my mouth and how I feel. My loose BM is my biggest concern. I found that I cann't take anything cold even room temperture. I have to drink hot drinks. Yesterday, I had a hot kelp tea with one capsule kelp and a cup of hot water, my body seems to tolerate, no loose BM last night.

I am slowly feeling better, eating more and sleeping a bit more though still with sleep pill.
