Both of my parents were killed by doctors.

Most recently, last April, my mom went in for by-pass surgery and they made one mistake (that they told us about). We thought she was going to pull through, but she didn't. The doctors didn't care, and the nurses were asleep at the wheel (most of them).

If we didn't have a private autopsy done (w/out the hospital's knowledge), we would have thought that one of their mistakes killed her.  As it turns out, a *different mistake* that we *did not know about* killed her!  They made two mistakes...only told us about one.

They lied to us for 21 days as we watched her struggle to recover. Finally, she arrested and never recovered. We had to take her off life support.
