Include in your diet seaweed and just forget about iodine.
Sea salt in crystal contains Iodine, until it is ground.
That is why it is important to use whole Sea Salt crystals in cooking.
Foods made from whole Sea Salt crystals are: Organic Tamary soy sauce, Organic Miso and some brandsof Organic Tofy.
All sea foods (fish, seaweed, shellfish) are reach source of iodine.
From now on, every time you make a soup, or beens, or rice, add one piece long 10 cm of Kombu seaweed, and you will never have to think about Iodine again.
Kombu is available in most Health-food stores.
And, choose wild sea food whenever available.
