Most what I read talks about it being easier to protect your GSH rather than supplement it. You protect it by chelation and using R+LA, there are R+LA SE (time release) available that do seem to work very well.

Supplementation for those totally depleted could be in the form of ISO Whey or HMS 90/IMMUNOCAL:
