i received your reply in reference to sensitive stomach and i just wondered if apple cider vinegar would not instigate the acid in the stomach. also your message said no beverages 30 minutes before during after meals and the apple cider vinegar is supposed to be taken 10 minutes before meals. just to be a bit more specific i have a few problems including spastic colon which i take immodium by prescription for and i am very sensitive to acid very fatty, greasy foods and tend to have a problem with flatulance. i am most interested in trying to persue a lowfat and possible vegetarian diet that would be somewhat bland.any information you could give me would be much appreciated and thank you for your response to my first question. susan gili.
