I know that this is antecdotal, but my hair is changing back to my dark brown tresses. I had about 10-20% gray/white. I stopped using dyes also; so that may have helped to rid of toxic metals on my head. I think that its a combo of getting rid of the metals and supplementing with Iodine and good nutrients.
