Charlie adds that "consulting fee" to his cost.  That bothered me at first, to be honest.  At this point, I'm wondering if he's even made $1 an hour consulting with me.  He spends whatever time necessary to make sure I'm doing well.

If I don't call him, I get home from work to messages like:  your friend from Az called, said he'll call back when you're off on ____" and he does c/b.

Charlie cares about what he's doing for us and keeps tabs on where we are.
