Hi Chrisb1.

Thank you for all your valuable posts, I’ve read loads of them, not just your reply’s to mine. You’re doing a really wonderful service.

I really pick up on your deep and genuine nature too and I feel very comfortable with all the advice you are giving.

Chiron asked you the question that was most troubling me regarding the leaching of minerals from bones. I was really concerned about this particularly with regards to fasting but you have put my mind at rest.

Anyway, I know beyond all doubt that this is the right thing for me but I still have no idea what duration I should aim for. But I feel so comfortable with all this, I’m not too bothered, I’ll just wait and see what happens. I’ll know when it’s time to stop.

The only problem I’m going to have is keeping up with all these posts, he he.
