Hi there beautiful soul.

I really experienced your warm welcome, thank you so much for that.

I’ve actually been browsing this forum for several months and was immediately struck by the quality of the souls here.

I’m relatively new to the raw foods approach and this is my first fast, though definitely not my last.

I’m loving this fast, it feels so natural and the benefits for mind and body are huge.

And, I don’t know if this will make sense, but despite my spiritual efforts to give, I am just sick of consuming. This fast has come as a great relief.
