Yea I have tried to do them cayenne capsules before.. SCARY you are doubled over in pain for several hours waiting til it works its way all the way out to the toilet. It is completely awful. Do you know what it feels like to feel your intestines on fire?...LOL.. Its the only thing i know of that makes your intestines be on fire ..Not just your stomach
